Our Services

The planning of our project starts here. Working together with us, client will share their project needs, dreams and goals.

During this stage we will begin by preparing preliminary design sketches based on clients requirements and budget to explore and illustrate possible options. We will review these options with client, pointing out the merits and responding to clients input.

This stage refines the agreed upon schematic design for a clearer definition of the scope and quality of the finished project. Further cost projections will determine how closely the design conforms to the budget expectations, or what, if any, adjustments are required.

When the design concepts have been decided, the architect prepares working drawings and specifications. These are required to obtain building permits and bids, and to guide the contractor in construction.

We advise clients on their choice of contractor - usually done by calling for competitive bids. We will help evaluate the bids and select the contractor, and prepare the contract between client and the contractor.

We will consult with Client and advise them during construction. On-site visits will determine if construction is proceeding in general accordance with the contract, and that the design, materials, and workmanship meet with acceptable standards.

SUBASHINI

Principal - Architect

Subhashini has a very dynamic practice spanning over 11 years,with her practice including working for some prestigious firms and gaining valuable experience,she has the a penchant for designer projects with lot of nature element in her design. She understands the client requirments and resonates her design elements with their personality.
She completed her degree in architecture from SRM Engineering College and worked at a leading architectural private firm in Chennai. She gained valuable hands on experience at real estate projects,IT buildings and Interiors.After a substantial period in this firm she moved on to start her own practice. She started small designing for a close knit group of friends and family. The business grew organically and now she handles multiple projects throughout Tamilnadu.

.Her current pursuit to create humane architecture and spaces with a difference.

IMRAN SIDDIQ

Co-Founder - Architect

Imran Siddiq brings over 9 years of experience designing cutting edge architecture projects in chennai and other places.Working with a leading architectural practice in the city, he has been able to garner wide experience in handling projects from start to finish.He brings the local experience needed to manage design in india.
After completing his degree in architecture,Imran pursued his push towards excellence in architecture by working with one of the renowned Architects in Chennai where he has been able to hone his design management skills.His passion for architecture shone through in the articles the co-authored for the hindu titled 'Brick and Mortar'
Imran is a registered Architect with the Council of Architecture. His areas of expertise include residence design, health care and construction Administration, multi storied residential apartments, gated communities, and senior homes,presently on a pursuit to achieve affordable homes with the maximum of facilities and a time bound construction activity.Also exploring areas of new development where the land value and the possible growth pattern study can benefit all.
